Cool & Rainy in June 2019
The weather is cool and rainy today in Oregon, Wisconsin so it’s a perfect day for my 1st blog post.
After going to my husband Joel’s niece’s beautiful wedding in Racine, Wisconsin and to my nephew’s awesome graduation brunch in Janesville, Minnesota, we got started going to the Farmer’s Market in Stoughton, Wisconsin. We’ve got 2 successful Saturday Markets under our belt this year and it sure feels good! Since it’s been peony season for a few weeks, we’ve been using those in our bouquets - they smell incredibly good and are undeniably one of the most beautiful flowers in the 🌎 world!
At last Saturday’s market, my daughter Kimberly(who has been living in Spain) helped me set up and it was really fun to have her along. About 10 a.m. she went off with her long time friend Ashley for a brunch. After a while, my Mom stopped down to chat and to enjoy the festivities. Kudos to my husband Joel for helping me clean up and tear down.👍
If you are in the area, please stop and visit us Saturday mornings from 8:30 to 12 in downtown Stoughton near the Post Office/Forrest Street. There is a variety of vendors offering baked goods, grass fed beef, LOTS of vegetables and much more! Often times there is music with a local musician(s)!
**Also on my website, you can click on bouquets and order directly from our site for delivery to most parts of Dane County. Please keep in mind that the big beautiful bouquets that we offer are constantly changing due different flowers that are blooming at White Dog Flowers!
